CSArch has been a vital player in the design and construction industry since 1991, with a primary focus on educational and other public sector facilities including libraries. These projects account for more than 85% of our workload, from new construction to renovation and adaptive use. Clients note the technical competence, leadership skills, creative problem solving and high integrity of our staff (61 strong, including 25 registered professionals, eight LEED-accredited and seven construction management staff). As architects and construction managers, we play a pivotal role, not only in the future of buildings, but in the lives of the people who will use them.
